Neovenator, meaning 'Southern Hunter' was discovered in the Isle of Wight, UK. Believed to be an Allosaurid theropod, its remains were discovered in the early Cretaceous Wessex formation of Europe. In life, this truly impressive claw would most likely have been used for gripping prey items. Each hand would have sported three similarly sized claws.
Size 27cm weight 750g, solid cast in polyester resin from an original reconstruction by paleoartist John Mac. This claw is solid and virtually unbreakable, making it ideal for handling, display etc.
