TYRANNOSAURUS REX EMBRYO SKELETON

Brand new for Autumn 2025

Tyrannosaurus rex - The Birth Of a King

This stunning 46cm long life sized replica of an infant has been reconstructed at our studios based on the very latest evidence and how theropod dinosaurs were most likely curled up in their eggs before hatching, in a 'C' shape rather than head at the top. Its no coincidence that modern birds do this too. Always amazing to look at this tiny skeleton and consider that one day it would reach almost forty feet in length and weigh up to 9 tons.

Plaque version (Flat on rear but egg shell rear available by custom request). Sits on simple display stand provided., see options when ordering.

Finished in a stunning weathered fossil sandstone with brown bone and eggshell detailing. High pressure cast revealing all of the intricate detail of the original reconstruction.

As with all of our world famous replicas - each one is hand painted so please allow some slight variations in finish.

Amazing detail, quality

Honestly, the only thing I could possibly criticise on this is that it feels a little light. However, it's honestly so beautifully detailed and so realistic that I absolutely adore it. Thank you very much. <3

I’m really happy with this fossil replica, the communication from the seller was clear and helpful throughout, and delivery was smooth with no issues at all. The quality of the piece itself is excellent and it looks great on display and feels well made, It’s a really nice addition to my collection, and I’d definitely recommend it.
