I have placed an order but have not received an email confirmation? Please go to login (top right on our website) and please double check the email you entered for the order. Alternatively, please check your spam/junk box on email. If you experience any further difficulty, then please contact us.
When will I receive my tracking info? Many of our items need to be hand made, finished and shipped, so please bear with us. most items ship very quickly. Our website will notify you when the order has been fulfilled, and will send you tracking info.
What is the best way of contacting you? Email or via our 'Contact us' button on the website is our best method of dealing with all enquiries. We have a dedicated member of staff who helps us post on social media, but we aren't always able to get back to messages on those platforms straight away.
Can I pay in instalments? There are payment options available such as Klarna nd Paypal pay in 3 on our website.

Tarrifs Please note that you may need to pay an import fee into your country, (we ship from the UK), we can provide a quotation DDP (delivered duties paid) so there are no import fees for you. Please contact us with your shipping adress and items requested for a quote.
