Ordering

How can i sign up for an account to receive my 10% off?  Please go to the top right of our website where it says 'Login' and you will see 'Create Account'. Fill out your details and you will receive an email with your 10% code. Please note we do not share details with any third party, and only use this info for occasional newsletters about new products, projects and offers. 
I have placed an order but have not received an email confirmation? Please go to login (top right on our website) and please double check the email you entered for the order. Alternatively, please check your spam/junk box on email. If you experience any further difficulty, then please contact us.
When will I receive my tracking info? Many of our items need to be hand made, finished and shipped, so please bear with us. most items ship very quickly. Our website will notify you when the order has been fulfilled, and will send you tracking info.
What is the best way of contacting you? Email or via our 'Contact us' button on the website is our best method of dealing with all enquiries. We have a dedicated member of staff who helps us post on social media, but we aren't always able to get back to messages on those platforms straight away.
Can I pay in instalments? Unfortunately not through our website, however, check out our brand new Etsy shop (look for Prehistoryco) and through there you will find some of our products that can be paid for via Klarna instalments. Subject to their terms and conditions.
Are there bigger discounts available? Yes - as part of supporting growing businesses and exhibitions, we can offer a buy 2 get one free discount for similarly priced items.Subject to items required and value, and only available to business owners. Please contact us for details.
