Whilst we take every care to produce some of the finest paleo replicas available worldwide, and organize shipping to customers so that they arrive safe and sound, in the unfortunate event that there is a problem, please note the following points so we can arrange a smooth returns/repair/refund process for you.

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will be happy to work with you to resolve the matter, by either exchange, repair or refund.

We cannot under any circumstances accept responsibility in any way for damages caused in transit, We take every care to securely package all orders. 

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any custom-built work.

We cannot accept any liability unfortunately for any deadlines imposed by a customer, or problems arising from customers entering wrong shipping information / details, or changing address during the order time, from order to shipping.

Refunds can take up to 7 working days after receiving the item delivered back to us, and will be credited back to your original payment method.

Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of return shipping

Please follow the above guidelines in the event of a problem, we cannot accept or work with returns/refunds outside of these guidelines, and we reserve the right to charge additional costs to cover our costs in the event of this happening.

All of our replicas are NOT toys - and are designed for display only. They should only be handled by children under adult supervision.

Shipping info:

Large items, UK & International, we will enter your email address at point of shipping so updates will automatically be sent to you via your email. Please ensure you enter your telephone number correctly at checkout as this is required by the shipping companies to aid delivering your item to you. Failure to supply a valid telephone number means that in some cases, an item is undeliverable and returned to us at considerable expense. We accept no liability for such costs incurred and will invoice to you any cost incurred with incorrect shipping /address/telephone numbers.

Jan 2022 - Prices on our website for large skulls etc are shown with air mail prices included. We now have an option for a door to door service worldwide via Sea freight - we can make big savings using this route, although delivery takes a little while longer. This is for any large items, for an accurate quote on any of our products, please contact us.

Important Update on Brexit/EU deliveries 2021

Please note for deliveries to all countries outside the UK, your country may charge an import/customs fee on items. Please check your local laws regarding this as we cannot accept any liability for any customs charges, or costs incurred with failed deliveries/rejected deliveries and return transit costs.
