Dunkleosteus Full Size skull 1.2m Long Skull Replica
Travel back 390 million years to a time where the armoured Placoderms were the apex predators of the oceans. Dunkleosteus was a genus of massively heavily armoured fish that lived during the Late Devonian period (approx. 382–358 million years ago). As an apex predator reaching up to 10 meters (33 feet) in length, (Recently revised as being smaller) it possessed formidable, self-sharpening guillotine-like jaws with a bite force of up to 11,000 PSI, allowing it to crush armoured prey and even other Dunkleosteus.
This 1:1 scale replica is hand cast in tough resin (Not a 3D Print), capturing every fine detail of this original scale reproduction by the artists at Prehistoric.
